Metlab’s Northern Ireland base, at the WH Scott Group office in Newtownabbey — the local point of contact for statutory pressure systems (PSSR) inspection, NDT, testing and certification across Northern Ireland.
From the WH Scott Group office at Highgate Business Park, the group carries out a high volume of inspection work across Northern Ireland — statutory pressure systems examination under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004, alongside NDT and welding inspection — drawing on the group’s engineering resources and the accredited laboratories in Cork and Dublin. Field work is mobilised locally; laboratory samples are processed under Metlab’s ISO/IEC 17025 scope and returned with certificates.
